I would like to use Slice.fi -application, but I haven’t received an activation link. What do I do?
The Slice.fi -application has logged me out / I changed my phone and I can’t login to the app anymore. How do I get new codes for Slice.fi?

Who can become a member of student union SAMMAKKO?
– All degree students of SAMK can join the Student Union.

How can I join student union SAMMAKKO?
– You can join us online. The membership costs 16€ for a semester and 30€ for a year.

How can I continue my membership?
– You can continue your membership here or you can come to our office and we can do it for you.

I would like to use Slice.fi -application, but I haven’t received an activation link. What do I do?
– Be sure your membership information is correct – there is photo of yourself, correct student number and SAMK’s email. You can check and update your membership information here or you can contact us via email sammakko@sammakko.fi or visit our office.
It can take 24h to get activation link after joining us.

The Slice.fi -application has logged me out / I changed my phone and I can’t login to the app anymore. How do I get new codes for Slice.fi?
– The Slice.fi codes are disposable, so you will need new codes to log in.  
You can reset your account here: slice.fi/resetoi by entering your SAMK’s email address. You will receive an activation link and by clicking on the link you will get new codes. Codes are valid for 24h after arrival.

Slice.fi -application automatically logs out if your membership has expired.
Continue your membership first and then you can reset your account.
Note that you may not be able to reset your account immediately after the membership fee has been paid. Wait for next day and try again.
